This experience will be one that a couple will not forget – a canoe paddle tour through Saskatoon!
Give the gift of life outside together; a canoe paddle journey offers a unique, slow-paced, and intentional experience to take in the amazing views of Saskatoon from the water. This adventure will be led by two experienced and likable canoe guides from Life Outside Gear Exchange. The married couple can choose a date and time that works best for them, and Life Outside GX will take care of the rest. Canoe tours can be offered from May through September, and works well for morning, afternoon, or a romantic evening sunset paddle.
This 2-hour itinerary will include a stop on a sandbar with comfortable camping chairs provided to chill out and some bocce ball to play. The adventure wouldn’t be complete without a delicious beverage and dessert, before we finish our journey.
This experience will be all inclusive, and provide something fun and unique for the couple to share together. Choose a wedding gift of adventure, relaxation, new skills, and quality time. This experiential gift will be a lasting memory of time enjoying each other outside in the gorgeous Saskatoon summer air.
Guides will meet the couple at the river with all necessary supplies and equipment: life jackets, paddles, catered lunch, and of course a comfortable and spacious 25-foot Clipper Canoe. The couple can sit together and learn some canoeing skills, while guides stern the boat safely under all the bridges, while sharing interesting facts about familiar Saskatoon landmarks.
Arrangements can easily be made for the couple to bring 2 friends or kids to join on the adventure. We know a fun experience can bring even more joy to a couple when shared with those they love!
